Technical Operation Services Manager, Mobility Infrastructure

Woven by Toyota is looking for a Technical Operation Services Manager to lead the development of cloud infrastructure and operation services for the mobility infrastructure team. The role involves defining operation processes, services, and partners for external market products, and improving existing operation processes and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing post-production system operation for mid-large scale product or cloud infrastructure projects
• 3+ years of client work or pre-sales engineer experience proposing technical services or solutions to customers
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English and Japanese
• Technical knowledge and experience regarding cloud infrastructure and operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
