Job Description
WPP is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join their Customer Success tribe. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights for Product strategy, customer value, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work with the Data Pulse and Voice of Customer squads to design and deploy machine learning models that predict user behavior and drive business outcomes. WPP values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience applying data science and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and principles.
- Proven experience with a variety of modelling techniques including Time Series, Random Forests, Clustering, Neural Networks, NLP, and Generalized Linear Models.
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and their practical applications.
- Experience with or a strong understanding of MLOps principles.
