Group Director, Paid Media Strategy

As Group Director of Media Strategy at Wpromote, you’ll be a senior strategic leader driving integrated marketing solutions across a large Internet Service Provider. You’ll lead and mentor a pod of strategists, shape audience insights, develop media mixes, and partner directly with senior clients to solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in paid media advertising within an agency environment
• 3+ years of experience in a management role
• Proven track record in developing, analyzing and storytelling on full-funnel campaigns
• Strong background in running cross-channel client engagements in an account leadership role
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience leveraging AI to automate and improve workflows
• Effective time management and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
