Job Description
Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to oversee the release process and ongoing program. This role involves leading a team of Technical Program Managers, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment across various departments. The successful candidate will drive clear communication, measure impact, and improve processes to deliver impactful experiences for customers and partners. The role is based in Remote USA and Canada.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, and/or Product Operations
- Demonstrated success as a player-coach
- Strong track record of executing complex programs
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with program management and incident management tools
- Experience with scaling program management functions
