Job Description
WRITER is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth for their customer base. This role is crucial for building processes, managing renewals, and proactively communicating with customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex customer relationships, project managing, and demonstrating their values.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a CSM role in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Experience carrying and exceeding a GRR and NRR target
- Experience deepening adoption within a team and introducing a product
- Experience managing and building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels (C-Level)
- Experience in change management
- Proactive communication skills
- Intrinsically motivated
