Job Description
WRITER is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to contribute to the development and implementation of their Site reliability engineering (SRE) program. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of WRITER’s critical systems and guarantees seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include leading system architecture, automating infrastructure, monitoring and alerting, and contributing to post-mortem analyses.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering
- Deep understanding of system architecture and infrastructure design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to system failures
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
