Job Description
Writer is seeking a Strategic customer success manager to help Fortune 50-100 customers succeed with their generative AI platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, and retention, as well as driving value across customers' businesses.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a CSM role focused on Fortune 50-100 accounts
- Experience delivering high-touch, white-glove service to large, key accounts
- Experience carrying and regularly exceeding a GRR and NRR target, including full ownership of the Renewal
