We're seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager for our Fortune 100 healthcare and life sciences customers. This role focuses on transforming healthcare through business operations and process innovation, leveraging AI-powered tools and a robust customer success organization. The ideal candidate will translate customer needs into solutions, drive AI adoption, manage programs, and build upon a world-class CS org.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Healthcare
- Proven experience leading business operations transformation in healthcare
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS or consulting role
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
