Job Description
We're looking for an AI Growth Marketer to orchestrate marketing with the help of AI and keep pace with the rapid shifts in B2B marketing. The role involves campaign orchestration, AI-powered execution, LinkedIn flywheel support, growth infrastructure, and cross-functional work.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in B2B marketing (startup or agency preferred)
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels
- Comfortable in ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), email tools, and CMS
- Uses AI tools daily for research, content, and automation
- Strong project management skills
- Fast learner, scrappy executor
- Can work across tools without needing training on each one
- Power user of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for daily work
- Has built basic automations (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly
- Treats AI as a multiplier, not a novelty
