Chief Building Engineer | Luxury High-Rise Condominium

We are seeking an experienced Chief Building Engineer to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of a luxury residential high-rise community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of high-rise building systems and a proactive approach to building operations and maintenance.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of engineering or building operations experience, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial facilities
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, life safety systems, and mechanical operations
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and building inspections
• Familiarity with local regulatory and inspection requirements (knowledge of City of Austin requirements preferred)
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating vendors and contractors
• Knowledge of building management platforms such as BuildingLink or Vantaca is a plus
