You will be responsible for implementing customer projects, managing a team of around 10 people, and promoting the further development of employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring time, cost, and quality goals are met, and supporting employees in their exchange with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successfully completed study, e.g. in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Business Engineering or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the Photovoltaics sector as well as in successful employee management
- Knowledge of relevant application rules (VDE AR-N 4105 and 4110), specifications (TAB of distribution network operators) and legal texts (EEG, EnWG)
- Very good IT user knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics
- Secure and sovereign appearance as well as a well-developed economic and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Team and communication skills combined with self-initiative and coordination skills
