The Occupancy Specialist will help maintain a high occupancy rate at WSFSSH buildings and conduct duties in compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines and equal housing opportunity laws.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in RealPage or other property management software
- Experience working in the area of government entitlements
- Prior experience working with homeless individuals and/or others with special needs
- Strong organizational skills and orientation to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to speak, read and write English articulately
