Architect - Design

You will be a qualified Architect with more than 5 years of working experience who can support concept, planning and the technical design of construction projects in Data center and a range of sectors.

Requirements

• Develops, modifies, and reviews drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent.
• Develops and implements project design concepts, project modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports, and general production of design and construction documents.
• Works on multiple projects, providing concepts and techniques in ways that may explore new ways of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets, and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements.
• Prepares, manages, and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, as directed by others in the project team, following standards and archiving documents as appropriate.
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards.
• May assist in the development of project scope, plans, and services during the contract process.
• Knowledge of Data center Project delivery is required.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings and renderings.
• Compiles data and performs fundamental design computations.
• Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
