Assistant Vice President, Water Resources

WSP is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Water Resources to drive growth, deliver excellence, and mentor staff in the Northeast and across the U.S. operations. The ideal candidate has solid client relationships, understands water resources market trends, and is passionate about building cohesive teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in water resources engineering
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred)
• Highly proficient with water resources engineering principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of relevant environmental laws and regulations
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with technical writing, office automation, and communication software
• Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and directing subcontractors
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
