Job Description
Prepare structural detail and concept design drawings for various building and construction types. Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
Requirements
- Preparation of structural detail and concept design drawings
- Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement
- Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards
- Assistance in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards
- Input to the co-ordination of engineering services on projects
- Design sketches for information in tender documents
- Production of work to specified WSP in Canada BIM standards
- Advice and coaching to technicians on intermediate Revit functions
- Following QA, document control, archiving guidelines on all work
- Collaboration with project team members on specified aspects of the project
- Creation and maintenance of software template files to assure standard
- Good communication skills
