The Ponts autoroute et routes commercial team in Montreal is seeking a commercial coordinator to support commercial managers and assist project teams across Canada in coordinating and supporting the execution of project activities.
Requirements
- Technique or BAC in administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Affinity with reading legal contracts
- Team spirit, flexible attitude, and ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines
- Interpersonal skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English required to manage internal and external communications
- Ability to work in a team and promote a spirit of cooperation while coordinating various activities and personalities
- Experience in financial control and/or costs, project administration in a design or professional services environment is an asset
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to work in multiple offices
- Autonomy, solid organizational skills, and ability to take initiatives
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
