Job Description
WSP is seeking a Document Control Specialist for our Virginia Beach office. The successful candidate will support the Document Control Manager and team to maintain a document management system, implement efficient workflows, and provide document management support to the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role, working in the construction industry
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and ProjectWise
- Excellent organization, coordination, and prioritizing skills
- Strong reading, comprehension, and written retention skills
- Good problem solving skills and superior attention to details
- Exceptional client relations and customer service skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement
