Job Description
WSP is seeking a Lead Architect to provide technical assistance for multi-site building projects. The role involves conceptualization, drawing development, and managing client relationships, ensuring architectural standards are met. Candidates will prepare and present design proposals, manage budgets, and contribute to the overall project's success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or closely related discipline.
- 7 – 10 years of relevant post education experience in the learned discipline.
- 3 – 5 years of relative experience in commuter rail, bus, aviation, and highway transportation architecture.
- Strong creative, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
- Working knowledge of building planning, drawing standards, and construction management.
- Ability to plan and conduct inspections and investigations.
- Proficiency with architectural software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
