WSP USA is seeking a Northeast Water and Wastewater Lead to accelerate our growth and advance our performance in drinking water and wastewater across the Northeast. The role will involve setting the tone for culture, driving operational excellence, expanding strategic client relationships, and serving as a visible water leader in our industry.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering or related field.
- 15 years of post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering, with at least 10 years of related experience in New England.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, or Rhode Island.
- Candidate must have strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care and project work-related issues.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven history of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
