Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree an asset)
- P.Eng. licensure in Ontario
- 10-15 years of progressive experience leading design and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Expertise in conceptual and detailed design of linear infrastructure
- Strong command of construction methods, sequencing, risk management, and mitigation strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario and Canadian municipal/provincial design standards, regulatory requirements, and approval processes
- Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to construction completion—delivering quality results on time and within budget
- Recognized for technical leadership, collaboration, and commitment to innovation in infrastructure solutions
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure project success
