The Administrative Assistant 3 will provide administrative support to the Department of Management, Information Systems, & Entrepreneurship, including handling financial processes, composing complex correspondence, and assisting with department events. The position requires independent decision-making, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work is required.
Requirements
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work
- Demonstrated skills in organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office
