Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator will work closely with volunteers in select chapters/clubs/affinity groups to engage alumni in meaningful ways that inspire and promote support of WSU. The role involves reporting, volunteer training and support of regional activities, collaboration with campus advancement colleagues, volunteer cultivation and retention efforts, and planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating annual and special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in marketing, gift solicitation or public contact work
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications and social media applications
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and holidays, and to travel
