IT Student Help Desk (Part-Time)

WSU Tech is seeking a Part-time IT Student Helpdesk Assistant to assist students with various IT issues, including password resets, Wi-Fi access, and device connectivity. This temporary internship provides an opportunity to gain short-term experience and learn about student IT support. The role involves providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff, and assisting them with accessing IT services.

Requirements

• WSU/WSU Tech student in good standing
• Current enrollment in IT Essentials Program or completed CompTIA A+ Certification
• Ability to identify basic student IT needs
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Ability to interact with a diverse campus population
