As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Associate Director, you will lead clients' financial/actuarial engagements and drive client action to improve plan performance.

Requirements

• Expand knowledge of varying client complexity
• Lead clients' financial/actuarial engagements
• Demonstrate clear understanding of the FAA service catalogue
• Guide teams on cost avoidance, risk and funding strategies
• Review technical & consulting accuracy on client projects
• Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with employers' and vendors' primary contacts
