Requirements

• Develop and implement the national placement strategy for workers' compensation
• Manage, mentor, and develop the placement team
• Oversee the placement of all client workers' compensation programs
• Act as the primary escalation point for placement issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and regulatory bodies
• Drive continuous improvement in placement processes
• Collaborate with client service and consulting teams
• Ensure robust governance and adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements
• Represent the placement function in internal and external forums
• Support the Head of Workplace Risk with strategic projects and reporting
