Job Description
Join a market leading team in Retirement Risk Management, supporting pension plan sponsors in identifying and evaluating opportunities to manage pension-related costs and associated risks. Provide value-added consulting expertise on asset-liability studies and other special projects, and develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Provide value-added consulting expertise on asset-liability studies and other special projects
- Understand capital market environment and outlook
- Support presentations of complex consulting information to senior-level internal and client audiences
- Lead multi-phase projects, driving project planning, management of client financials and delegation to multiple associates
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts
- Support the generation of new business by promoting client engagement with WTW as a partner for investment and other pension risk management strategies
- Develop statements of work, project plans and budgets for broad range of studies
- Perform technical review of work products, including consulting-level insights on stochastic forecasting results using Monte Carlo simulations
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
- Serve as mentor to junior project team associates
