Senior Claims Advisor – Financial Lines (Finex - Financial and Executive Risks)

We are seeking a Senior Claims Advisor to join the Australian Claims Team, responsible for claims advocacy and technical advice across financial lines insurance.

Requirements

• Responsibility for management of a portfolio of claims across financial lines insurance
• Provision of advice, reporting, and support to clients from notification to the negotiation and settlement of a loss
• Negotiating for clients with insurers and/or insurer-appointed representatives
• Engaging with all relevant parties to resolve coverage disputes
• Providing claims advice to clients and internal stakeholders for specific financial lines classes and industry-specific clients
• Conducting and facilitating claims reviews and periodic legacy claims audit/review
