Job Description
Deploy the entire sales process, develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients, and lead a team for bidding and implementation of projects.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients
- Work with the account team to determine appropriate solutions and structure deals
- Prepare presentation files and verify contractual documents
- Lead a team for bidding and implementation of projects
- Maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by the company
- Work closely with clients, WR Head and Solution Leader to resolve issues and identify opportunities
- Lead in Public Relations activities to source potential clients and build business pipeline
- Ensure compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures
