Job Description
Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is seeking a Controls/Robotics Engineer to conceptualize, detail, and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science, and 4-15 years of experience in PLC, Servo System, and HMI/SCADA programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 4-15 years of experience in PLC, Servo System, and HMI/SCADA programming
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Food and Beverage, Building Management Systems, Oil & Gas, Grain Handling or Wood Products
- In-depth understanding of PLC, PAx, Servo System hardware/software platforms
- In-depth understanding of HMI/SCADA hardware/software platforms
- Experience in the design of electrical schematics
- Understanding of auxiliary equipment in an electrical generating or plant environment
- Experience in using hand and power tools to build, assemble, and wire industrial control panels
- Experience with AutoCAD LT / AutoCAD Electrical
