Würth Hellas is looking for an HR & Recruiting Assistant to support the Human Resources team in critical areas such as recruitment, training, and human resource management.

Requirements

• Support in the recruitment process (conducting interviews, evaluating CVs)
• Manage and update the database of candidates
• Participate in onboarding procedures for new employees
• Organize and monitor training programs and seminars
• Prepare reports and statistical data on recruitment
• Support the daily operations of the HR department
