Job Description
Supervises and coordinates activities related to patient access processing, including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years of patient financial services, patient access, or registration experience
- Obtain HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within one (1) year of hire
