2-3 years of experience, knowledge of machines and tools, ability to work safely

Must have a valid Class A CDL, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 50 pounds

2+ years' experience as an asphalt paver operator, proficient in reading grade stakes and interpreting plans, valid driver's license and dependable transportation

5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, survey, construction modeling, or related CAD/BIM roles, proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Autodesk Civil 3D, and SketchUp

7+ years of experience in heavy-civil construction, 3+ years in project-management roles, proficiency in project-management software, excellent leadership and communication skills

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2 years of industry experience. Solar Farm Experience preferred

5 years of progressive experience in Asphalt Paving, prior experience managing Arizona DOT or DOT Heavy Civil Asphalt Paving projects required, experience with Federal Contracts and DOT Specifications strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 2+ years of industry experience, and excellent communication skills

3+ years experience in construction; degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office

1-3 years of experience in light duty vehicles, CDL Class A or B, clean driving record
