CAD Technician

CAD Technician will oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed construction models for heavy civil projects. This role involves guiding the team in building 3D surfaces and utility models, integrating survey data, supporting BIM initiatives, and delivering models that drive GPS machine control and layout in the field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, survey, construction modeling, or related CAD/BIM roles
• High proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC) is required
• Skills in Autodesk Civil 3D for civil design and modeling
• Strong proficiency with SketchUp and other CAD or BIM software
