AML Manager

Niche financial crime advisory firm is seeking an AML Manager to support two directors. The role involves leading a small team, representing the company’s AML expertise, and assisting with business development and compliance initiatives. Experience in AML Advisory and leadership skills are a plus.

Requirements

• Come from an AML Advisory background
• Ideally come from a managerial or leadership background
• Fluency in Maltese would be an asset
• Experience with successfully interacting with the FIAU and FCC
• AML Diploma from a recognised institution is an asset
• Sound knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT laws
• Articulate
• Proficient in Excel
