Requirements
- Native-level German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (C2 level)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a VIP Manager for the German market in igaming (non-negotiable)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Confidence with numbers, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Experience in planning, scheduling, presenting, and reporting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
