Junior Corporate Lawyer (Maltese & English)

A Boutique Aviation and Yachting Lawfirm in Valetta, Malta, requires a Junior Corporate Lawyer to support HNW clients on corporate assignments and provide strategic legal advice.

Requirements

• LLB / LLM
• 2+ years' experience as a lawyer with a Corporate Services Provider, or in a corporate, legal, compliance or accountancy environment
• Solid experience with Maltese corporate law
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Maltese)
• A valid driving license
