Requirements
- Take full ownership of the Payments Product
- Be the Company's external point of contact with PSPs
- Be the Company's internal expert on anything to do with payments
- Plan and execute PIQ configurations
- Analyze processing rates and query any discrepancies
- Investigate any clusters of failed transactions
- Find alternative PSPs and set up automation processes
- Compile reports to Head of Dept
- Project-lead each PSP integration, new and existing, to always have the best performing integration live
- Liaise with the Development Team and Business Partners
- Liaise with QA to ensure solid testing
- Create and update documentation
- Question and recommend in the team
- Experience of managing Payments Product within iGaming
- Strong expertise on payment IQ configuration
- Experienced with PSP integrations
- Strong with analysis and tools to analyse PSP performance
- Good business acumen
- Solid understanding of the impact of incremental changes to high volume transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English
