Payments Product Manager

Requirements

• Take full ownership of the Payments Product
• Be the Company's external point of contact with PSPs
• Be the Company's internal expert on anything to do with payments
• Plan and execute PIQ configurations
• Analyze processing rates and query any discrepancies
• Investigate any clusters of failed transactions
• Find alternative PSPs and set up automation processes
• Compile reports to Head of Dept
• Project-lead each PSP integration, new and existing, to always have the best performing integration live
• Liaise with the Development Team and Business Partners
• Liaise with QA to ensure solid testing
• Create and update documentation
• Question and recommend in the team
• Experience of managing Payments Product within iGaming
• Strong expertise on payment IQ configuration
• Experienced with PSP integrations
• Strong with analysis and tools to analyse PSP performance
• Good business acumen
• Solid understanding of the impact of incremental changes to high volume transactions
• Excellent communication skills in English
