Requirements
- University education in marketing/business or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing within the iGaming industry
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Strong hands-on experience with programmatic buying, DSPs, paid social, and display networks
- Excellent knowledge of player acquisition funnels, retargeting strategies, and ROI optimisation
- Solid analytical skills with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards
- Business savvy and focused on profitability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Willingness to travel
