Carillon Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join the culinary team. The role involves full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience. Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, and colleagues
- Ability to interpret and explain menu items
- Light physical effort (90%), standing/walking for 100% workday, lifting & carrying up to 20 lbs.
