Job Description
The Neighborhood Nurse Manager at Keystone Center is responsible for developing and maintaining the quality of life for resident elders. This role involves providing direct clinical care, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring a respectful, supportive environment. The position requires 24 hours of responsibility, a Rotational schedule including Staff meetings, and a 24/7 responsibility to the Elderly Care Home. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Professional License (RN)
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in hospital or long-term care setting
