Job Description
The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food-processing areas, including refrigerators, cooking equipment, and dishes. This role emphasizes adherence to safety regulations and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Cleaning of all food-processing equipment, including storage areas
- Sanitation of floors, walls, mobile kitchen equipment, dish machine, pots, and pans
- Collection of soiled dishes
- Delivery of food carts and nourishments to dining areas
- Maintaining proper tableware storage
- Disposing of trash properly
- Following State food safety regulations
