Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community or social media management
• Excellent written English (С1 level) and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for people
• Curiosity for digital culture, art, and cozy online communities
• Organized mindset — able to plan, analyze, and turn ideas into action
• Russian level - C1/higher
