FLEXXON is seeking a hands-on Events Marketing Manager to own end-to-end events, streamline international logistics, and drive pipeline impact. The role involves planning, executing, and managing both on-site events and overseas logistics, focusing on ROI and aligning events with strategic business objectives. Requirements

• Plan, produce, and execute local trade shows, conferences, roadshows, partner events, and workshops.
• Build a repeatable playbook for overseas events (booth build, power/internet, badges, local staffing).
• Partner with Sales to define meeting targets, account lists, and offer play-books.
• Run pre-event campaigns and post-event nurture sequences.
• Build event budgets and manage vendor contracts.
