The role is responsible for driving strategic business expansion within the manpower outsourcing vertical by accelerating revenue growth, enhancing market footprint, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment across UAE and/or international markets
• Established client, vendor, and recruitment partner network with proven industry credibility
• Demonstrated success in business acquisition, sales delivery, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
