Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment across UAE and/or international markets
- Established client, vendor, and recruitment partner network with proven industry credibility
- Demonstrated success in business acquisition, sales delivery, and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
