Job Description
xAI is seeking a FP&A Manager to partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive financial discipline, planning, and performance management. The role involves forecasting revenue, analyzing cost of revenue, and supporting strategic decisions within a rapidly growing AI monetization business. This is a hands-on position requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- 7-10 years of experience managing P&Ls and cost of revenue.
- Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation (Excel/Google Sheets) and financial modeling.
- Strong collaboration skills and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (optional)
- 2 years experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or a technology/social media industry.
