Job Description
xAI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to drive the model’s video generation capability through data, modeling, serving, and product. This role involves both pretraining and posttraining efforts, data improvement, evaluation frameworks, and algorithm design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI and a strong understanding of data-driven experimentation.
Requirements
- Experience in data-driven experiment designs and systematic analysis.
- Experience in developing or working with large-scale distributed machine learning systems.
