Job Description
xAI is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Revenue Accountant to join their finance team in Palo Alto. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial integrity of their revenue processes, focusing on revenue recognition and management, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards (ASC 606), particularly for large-scale data centers. The role involves collaboration with finance and engineering teams to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
Requirements
- Oversee revenue recognition processes.
- Review and analyze customer contracts for proper revenue treatment.
- Manage deferred revenue accounting.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of revenue accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and reporting.
