Job Description
Xaira Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations and prepare other ad hoc analysis. This role will involve general accounting, account payables/payroll tasks, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements to support the company's growth.
Requirements
- Support and adhere to a monthly close and year-end close schedule
- Assist with monthly management financial packages (with analysis)
- Prepare and support tax PBC request in various area
- Process and oversee payroll through PayPro
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all payroll and employee financial records
- Assist account payable operations and identify opportunities for automation
