Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design execution across XCEED’s B2C app and B2B event management platform. You will design and ship high-quality UI across web and mobile for both B2C and B2B products, lead design decisions, and partner closely with Product, Business and Engineering.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer
- Strong experience designing both B2C and B2B or back-office interfaces
- Advanced Figma proficiency
- Demonstrated experience working with and evolving Design Systems in production
- Strong visual design fundamentals
- Ability to deliver production-ready, developer-friendly designs
- Solid product judgment and prioritization skills
- Clear and confident communication with Product, Engineering, and founders
- Comfortable receiving feedback and maintaining direction under pressure
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
