Sr. Capital Project Sourcing Specialist - EPC Contracting

Lead, develop, and execute large-scale engineering, procurement, & construction (EPC), engineered equipment, and construction services contract project sourcing strategies aligned with business stakeholder priorities for projects typically greater than $250M.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA and Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or other supply chain certification strongly preferred.
• Requires eight years of purchasing or sourcing experience, including construction project contract experience.
• Expert contract knowledge, including regulatory and tax implications. Expert negotiation and project management skills required.
• Requires advanced expertise in sourcing and supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and significant experience with purchasing and sourcing systems is required.
• Must be results-oriented and customer focused. Strong interpersonal, relationship, and presentation skills are required.
